We provide the platform for these transactions but are not directly involved in the creation of the patterns or the transactions between buyers and sellers.

4. Seller Terms

• Deliver digital files promptly after purchase
• Respond to buyer inquiries in a timely manner
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Connect a valid Stripe account for payment processing

We reserve the right to remove any listings that violate these terms or our policies.

5. Buyer Terms

If you purchase patterns on our platform, you agree to:

• Use purchased patterns for personal use only unless otherwise stated
• Not redistribute, resell, or share purchased patterns
• Not claim purchased patterns as your own work
• Provide accurate payment information
• Contact sellers directly for pattern-related questions

6. Intellectual Property

Platform Content: The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by The Pattern's Place and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content: Sellers retain ownership of their patterns. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and distribute your content through our platform.

7. Payments and Fees

All payments are processed through Stripe. By using our payment services, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified.

• All sales are final unless otherwise stated by the seller
• Platform fees may apply to transactions
• Sellers are responsible for any applicable taxes

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious content or viruses
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Use the Service for fraudulent purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PATTERN'S PLACE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

11. Indemnification
